I accept the terms of service

By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. If we accept your order, a binding contract is created. Orders are not processed until your payment is authorized and funds are received. We are not responsible for any delays related to payment authorization.

Order Process

After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirming the items you ordered. This is not an acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons including (but not limited to):

Discontinued products
Payment not authorized
Website errors in pricing or product details
If your order is not accepted, we will notify you via email and cancel the order.

Lead Times & Custom Orders

All parts are made to order and require a lead time of 2–8 weeks.

We build parts in the order received. Many are custom or made to customer specifications, including raw and acrylic parts.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it enters production and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
